Hello my sweet friends! Today I am sharing five of my favorite products from April. I used these items a lot over the last month and can honestly say that they have made a difference in my life. From perfume to hand creams, I’m listing my top five products of April below!
Sweet Almond Hand Cream
If I had known there was such a huge difference between hand cream and regular lotion, I would have started purchasing hand cream a long time ago. I really enjoy how thick this La Chatelaine Sweet Almond Hand Cream is and my hands feel so moisturized after applying the product.
Celestial Seasonings Herbal Tea
I wanted to try some new tea flavors, so I picked up this herbal tea sampler from Walmart. My favorite flavors were the Lemon Zinger and Honey Vanilla Chamomile. They are so citrusy and refreshing, perfect for the evenings – or the daytime! It was a nice change from the green tea and chai tea that I normally drink. I didn’t really like the peppermint, but the other two flavors were okay. Out of the five, I definitely preferred the Lemon Zinger and Honey Vanilla Chamomile.
Espadrille wedges
I recently purchased this pair of black espadrille wedges from Amazon and wore them for the first time for my friend’s bachelorette party. I got so many compliments! I sent the link to a few of the girls there because they loved them so much! It was a pretty active day, we had a beach picnic and then went walking around the Carlsbad Flower Fields in Carlsbad, California. I had no blisters, no foot pain, they were really comfortable! So yeah, I recommend these shoes if you plan to be walking outdoors but still want to look chic!
Tocca Florence Perfume
I have had this rollerball set of perfume for at least two or three years and I have completely used up two of the vials. I previously owned the 1.7 oz bottle of Cleopatra, which smells so divine, but lately I have been really enjoying Florence. It has this earthy, green, floral scent that is so perfect for spring. It really just perks you right up and makes you think of a beautiful, calm field of wildflowers. According to the perfume’s description on the Sephora website, it is described as “a classic floral fragrance that captures your effortless charm…Florence is a chic blend of bright bergamot, lush pear, and delicate gardenia. It is a timeless indulgence you’ll fall in love with again and again.” I really recommend, especially for Spring!
Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm
This Clinique cleansing balm works wonders! My mom actually recommended I get this when we were on a girls trip in Connecticut this past December. You know how sometimes you use a makeup wipe and it doesn’t get all the makeup off and then you end up with a pimple a few days later? Well I use this product in addition to a makeup wipe and I really don’t get breakouts anymore! Follow up with your normal skincare routine afterwards – cleanser, toner, moisturizer, etc. I have the mini size, but if you wear makeup regularly, I would go ahead and get the full size.
